God is generous and so he calls us, as his image bearers, to be giving as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world the posture of our hearts and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes how we steward our resources.

Although the method may be new, the heart behind it is not. We are called to worship Jesus by giving intentionally, not reluctantly, since we know that God loves a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7)! Give Onsite
At Open Door Baptist Church we do not pass around an offering plate during our worship service, but instead have placed two offering boxes at the doors to our worship hall (Mark 12:41). Everyone is encouraged to worship the Lord Jesus Christ by giving back a small portion of the resources he has blessed us with to steward for a short time.
